Summer Creative Taster Session - June
Join us for a fun and inspiring Summer Creative Taster Session, where your creativity shines for 1 hour and 30 minutes of artistic exploration! This hands-on workshop is perfect for all skill levels and offers three delightful activities that will unleash your inner artist. The sessions are held at our studio based at Rushey Ford Business Park, Kempston West End, MK43 8RU. Sessions start promptly on time as they run back to back all day, so we cannot accommodate late arrivals.
Date: Sunday 22nd June 2025 (sessions running 12.30pm-2pm, 2-3.30pm, 3.30-5pm, 6-7.30pm. Booking is essential as we have limited spaces available)
What to Expect:
Insect-Repellant Candle Making (30 minutes): Kick off your session by crafting your very own 90g wooden wick insect-repellant candle. Learn the art of candle making and infuse your creation with natural scents designed to keep pesky bugs at bay while adding a warm glow to your summer evenings.
Pottery Painting (30 minutes): Next, get your creative juices flowing as you paint a round hanging ornament. Express your unique style with vibrant colors and designs. This activity is perfect for adding a personal touch to your home or creating a beautiful gift for someone special.
Pottery Herb Plant Labels (30 minutes): Finally, let’s dig in! Create charming herb plant labels that add a touch of whimsy to your garden or kitchen. You’ll have the chance to personalise each label with your choice of words and designs. Plus, included in your session is the firing and glazing of your labels. Choose your glaze colour on the day, and your beautifully finished labels will be ready for collection in 3-4 weeks!
